The Working Drawing course was an essential part of my architectural education, bridging the gap between design and execution. I learned how to create precise, detailed technical drawings that communicate architectural intent to builders, engineers, and contractors. This included mastering plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and material specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

I also gained valuable insights into material selection, construction techniques, and the sequencing of building processes. Through hands-on assignments, I learned the importance of layering, annotation, and industry-standard drafting conventions. The course enhanced my proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, allowing me to produce professional-quality drawings.

Beyond technical skills, this course taught me how to think critically about constructability, ensuring that every design is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.
